This Moonshine is Sour Mashed from our American Single Malt mash to provide a smooth Scottish Whiskey like flavor.  After fermentation is complete the Moonshine is double distilled  in our copper, alembic whiskey stills and bottled with 3x sticks cut from a used whiskey barrel.  The oak flavor continues to marinate in the moonshine until the very last drop  is drank by you.
