Description
We take 100% Ohio Grown Grain, limestone filtered water, and slowly ferment them into wonderful mash. Then the whiskey is double distilled in old fashioned, hand crafted, 100% copper, alembic whiskey stills. Aging is done in small 5 gallon, charred, American White Oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years.
Bottled at 40% alc by vol. (80 proof)
